How to download the patterns you have purchased

One of the most frequent questions is, how do I download the patterns I bought from you?
There are two options!

First option - Email with a link

The first option is to click on the LINK in the email that was sent to you, which has "Here are your PDF patterns - download link Šibabi.cz" in the header.

  • ✅ The email with the link will always arrive within 5 minutes of purchase to your email address.
  • ✅ In the email, you will find a large green button, DOWNLOAD your patterns HERE.
  • ✅ Click on this button and you will be taken to your file storage.

This is the first way to access your files

Possible problems

  • 👉 If the email did not arrive in your main email folder, look in the bulk mail folders (this is relatively less common).
  • 👉 If it's not there either, an error may have occurred when entering your email address, or the email address set in your browser was automatically filled in.
  • 👉 Therefore, check all your emails before you need help!
  • 👉 If you still haven't found your files, try the second method for opening files described below on the page!
  • 👉 Did even that not work? Then you need to contact us for support, because you probably have an email problem and entered some error. Write to info@sibabi.cz

Second method - Logging into the customer account

The second way to download your files is to log into your customer account. However, this method requires creating a customer account first if you don't have one yet.

This method always works if you purchased your PDF files and did not create an account. Just create it using the address you used for the purchase and that's it. The files are automatically synchronized with your account and you will find them there.

⛔️ This method does not work if you purchased patterns before November 20, 2025. Patterns purchased later will be automatically synchronized. Older ones, unfortunately, will not!

Step-by-step procedure:

  1. Go to the main page or any page of www.sibabi.cz and find the MAN icon in the top right corner!
  2. On the account login page either:
    A. if you have an account, log in with your email.
    B. if you don't have an account, click on Create Account.
  3. Fill in all fields. Creating an account is FREE and you don't pay anything for using it. On the contrary, you need it as a backup for your files. You can delete files from your computer at any time, and you can always download them here!
  4. You will find all your files here. Section "My purchased files."
  5. The files are always sorted under individual patterns. They are separated by a photo of the pattern. Subsequently, each PDF file can be downloaded and saved to your PC.

Account problems

  • ⛔️ Login does not accept your password - if you try to access your account and repeatedly enter the wrong password (even a mistake in diacritics is enough), one option is to click on "Forgot password?". A new link to generate a new password will be sent to your email.
  • ⛔️ You did not receive a password reset email - check if you are registered. Go to the registration page.
  • ⛔️ Your patterns are not in the account - here, it is likely either scenario one: 1. You do not have the correct account and you probably purchased them with a different email - the solution is to search your email! 2. You purchased the patterns before November 20, 2023, and did not register before that. In this case, unfortunately, nothing can be done. You must write to info@sibabi.cz and we will try to re-upload the patterns for you. But you must already have an account created. Remember, however, that this is more complicated than it seems and we spend a lot of time on it.
  • ⛔️ After accessing the account, it shows - Your files are waiting to be released - or Payment Pending. This is a payment issue. The payment has not yet been processed, and your patterns will be released once we process the payment.

Remember

Patterns are processed automatically.
No human does it. The system is set up to send you an email automatically once you pay. The patterns are automatically assigned to the customer's account.
We do not do this manually, and we cannot do it manually. There are about 50 patterns and requests for sending per day, and we would only be sending emails:-)

The system cannot make a mistake on its own. It is a self-triggering system. Only we, as humans, can make a mistake. And that's why it's good to remember to check your email when filling out the order. So that you receive the files immediately and without problems!
