How do I sign up for the course?
Have you purchased one of our courses and now need to know how to log in? If, for example, you've lost your login email or are unsure, check out our help section.
How to log in to courses:
👉 Click the Log In button in the menu
👉 Enter the email address you used for the purchase
👉 We will send a one-time access code to your email - be careful, you have 15 minutes to use it!
👉 After entering it, you will log in to your Customer profile
👉 Click on PROFILE and you're there!
OR
👉Open the email from us and click the link / enter the code - be quick, it's valid for 15 minutes
Why don't you see your courses in your account?
❌ Different email – Did you order from a different email (e.g., a company email)? Log in with the email address from your order confirmation.
❌ Apple "hid your email" – Log in with the masked email from the confirmation. This often happens with Apple Pay or Google Pay.
❌ Don't see the email with the code? – Check your Spam / Promotions folders and search for "Šibabi or Sibabipatterns".
❌ Course expired - Most courses are not time-limited, but some older versions are. If your course has expired and you want to extend access, please write to info@sibabi.cz or, for the English version, info@sibabipatterns.com.
